How do I rent a storage unit?
Renting is easy and completely contactless! You can view available units and complete your rental entirely online through our website. Once you sign the digital lease and make your payment, you will receive your access code immediately. You can move in on the same day!

Greystone Storage offers 24-hour access, 7 days a week. You can visit your unit whenever it fits your schedule—early morning, late at night, or on weekends/holidays.
Is the facility secure?
Yes. Security is our top priority. Our facility is fenced, well-lit, and gated with keypad access. We also utilize digital video surveillance to monitor the property around the clock.
Do I need my own lock?
Yes, you are responsible for providing your own lock. This ensures that you are the only one with access to your unit. We recommend using a high-quality disc lock for maximum security. If you don't have one, check with us about purchasing one.

What sizes of storage units do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of unit sizes to meet any need, from small closet-sized units (perfect for boxes and seasonal gear) to large units capable of holding the contents of a multi-bedroom house.
Are your units drive-up accessible?
Yes! All of our units are on the ground floor and feature drive-up access. You can pull your car, truck, or van right up to the unit door for easy loading and unloading—no stairs or elevators required.
What is prohibited from being stored?
For everyone's safety, you cannot store hazardous materials, flammable or explosive items (like gasoline, paint, or fireworks), perishables (food), or live animals. If you are unsure about a specific item, please ask our team.
